The Rugged Rides 12/31/2021This Year is coming to an end and I love statistics :-) Here is my 2021 in motorcycle numbers! I have a total of 69 tracks saved in Basecamp. About half of them are short trips, three are longer travels. My routes have become more technical, of course I am still a traveller by heart, but there is less and less termac. I've been exploring the south of the country more, I've also realised a plan of going to the Africa, for now it was Tunisia, but I hope it's a prelude to something bigger next year...
The fat cruiser from BMW gave way to the agile Karl, Greta transformed into a wonderful overlander. I am going to start a series of articles on equipment, I will try to share my experience when it comes to building bike rigs, choosing components and gear.
What else? 33 bivuac nights, 13,111 km Greta, 7,448 km Karl, 4 sets of tyres... Happy New Year!
